nice motive, the text effect is absolutely great!! but, unfortunately the horse looks like its going to fall off every second. also the fog/dust look like it raises just in front of the "camera". I'd paint some additional one over the farther sea. the wind in the hair of the horse is great, the pose of it also (except for the leaning...). But i'd suggest you to think about some colour adjusting and generally retouching the image, e.g. blurring the fog.
